*Flat fee is per appearance at any municipal court located in Bergen County, Hudson County or Passaic County. $100 additional for representation in any municipal court located in Essex County, Middlesex County, Morris County, Somerset County and Union County. Under most circumstances one appearance is sufficient to resolve the matter. Additional fees for additional appearance or trial apply. More serious offenses such as driving while suspended, driving without insurance, speeding 25 mph above speed limit, and other serious offenses are extra. Please call for additional details.
